PROJECT DETAILS:
This project involved the stabilisation of the rear and side boundary of a duplex block to allow for the levelling of a steep back yard. The grout block was designed and installed to maintain amenity to the neighbouring lots while allowing for safe excavation.
A sewer main servicing neighbouring lots also had to be secured during the construction of new boundary retaining walls.

-A site specific design for the required grout block carried out by our engineer.

TESTIMONIAL:
