Project Details:
This project involved the stabilisation of the rear and side boundary of a duplex block to allow for the levelling of a steep back yard. The grout block was designed and installed to maintain amenity to the neighbouring lots while allowing for safe excavation.
A sewer main servicing neighbouring lots also had to be secured during the construction of new boundary retaining walls.
CGI Scope:
-Carry out onsite testing.
-A site specific design for the required grout block carried out by our engineer.
-Microfine Cement Injection.
-Supervision of the excavation to maintain amenity to the neighbouring properties.
-After sales support.
Testimonial:

We used Chemical Grout Injection when we were doing a large excavation in our back yard. We had to remove over 280 tons of sand and dig down over 3 meters on the bordering fencing of 3 of our neighbours. Chris from Chemical Grout Injection came around and explained clearly what we needed to do. Once the job was completed and the excavator dug down the 3 meters by 30 meters in length I was amazed how effective the concrete injection had been and how strong the walls were. We had inspections from the local council and Chris provided them with all the relevant information needed and the injection was passed with no problems.

Chris and Chemical Grout Injection not only have a great product but it came with great service that meant he was available to answer any our questions and make the whole process as easy as possible.

We would not hesitate to recommend Chemical Grout Injection and we would use them for our next excavation if needed.

Kind Regards
